Kajol (Apu’s son), we got his full story in the novel- ‘Kajol’. The last book of Apu trilogy is ‘Kajol’, Bibhutibhushan desired to write this character but he died before do that. Later, Bibhutibhushan’s son Taradas Bandopadhyay wrote this novel and fulfilled the last wish of his father. This story is about Kajal to become Apu. We found Apu in the character- ‘Kajol’.
