He Achieved a Ph.D. from State University of New York in May 1997. Clive Casler was a founder of the American National Marine Research and Marine Agency (National Underwater and Marine Agency, in a nutshell, Numa). He and his audacious cooperators discovered rare ruins in 60 different parts of the world under the sea. His book has been published in more than 40 languages.
