Lila Majumdar (February 26, 1908 – April 5, 2007) was an Indian writer in Bengali language. This eminent author got many awards and honors by writing many Bengali stories, essays and novels. She translated many educational compositions and essays from English to Bangla. Her first story ‘Lakshmichhara’ was published in 1922 in the Sandesh Patrika.
